Job Description:

Manufacturing Team Leader

Location: Ashton-in-Makerfield
Shifts: Rotating shifts – 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

Major Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve daily production targets.
Ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Carry out team briefings and provide training and support where required.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Liaise with production management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Complete production paperwork and reports accurately.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
